So this week has been kind of crazy. It's made working out and following my eating plans/diet pretty difficult. I hope to get back on track tomorrow.
Let's see. I was able to go to the gym on Monday. I went for 2 hours and Day 4's workout is the exact same as Day 1's. I did it much more quickly though, which was pretty nice! Unfortunately, I was unable to go on Tuesday. =\ Bummer there.
I woke up at 2 am on Tuesday freezing cold. My dog's couldn't even keep me warm and they might as well be heaters. So, I got up and turned my heat up, figuring my house was cold because it was almost -50 outside. I went back to bed and when I woke up at 7, it was even colder in my house. It was below 60s degrees upstairs and right at 50 downstairs. I called housing and they told me everyone in my circle was without heat. So that was a pretty crappy wakeup call. My pups and I snuggled into bed again and slept for a big. We didn't get my heat back until around 11. I was no fun being in a cold house all day.
I ended up not being able to go to the gym because I had to stay at the house in case housing maintenance needed to come in.
Then today, I didn't go to the gym because I woke up with a really upset stomach and ended up falling back to sleep until 10. Booooooooo!
I won't be able to go to the gym tomorrow because I have to do research for a paper. however, I should be able to start back at the gym on Friday! I really just need to stop slacking on school work and stay more organized. If I stay on top of crap, I should be able to go to the gym when I'm supposed to. It just stinks when you have absolutely not motivation. Hopefully, I'll find that soon.
