So, I had my weekly weigh in today! I weighed 133. Last week I weighed about 134.5! That means I lost 1.5 pounds from last Monday! It's amazing what watching what you eat, counting calories, and working out can do for you!
I just found my motivation for my trip to the gym this morning! =]
