As usual, I'm having trouble figuring out what to use for this 30 Day challenge. Today was particularly hard, but I narrowed it down to two items.
This is my new wedding band. It is not the one I had on our wedding day, but this is one Eric recently bought me. I love it. I like the heart shape and I like how it appears to be bigger than 3/4 a karat when it's really exactly that. Eric likes this ring, but he wanted to buy me a bigger ring. He's so silly. I think this one is perfect. <3
Books are my second most treasured item. I am a book nerd, but to me, books are so much more than printed word. They create vast world's in which most of have never dreamed of visiting or even, in some way, being a part of. Books give me that ability. They also give me the ability to escape "the real world" when I just need a break or it becomes too much to handle. I just recently received a nook and I LOVE it. Although, books that I absolutely love are still going to be bought in physical form instead of e-form. This includes series of books that I already have in hard or paper back cover. =]
